The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models provided by third-party AI services to process your requests.

3. Account Registration and Security

Note: We do not offer free trial periods. All subscriptions begin immediately upon purchase.

4.2 Credit System

How Credits Work:

Each image generation costs approximately 3 credits
Each video generation costs approximately 40 credits
Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over
Purchased credit packages expire 30 days after purchase

Credit Packages (One-Time Purchase): In addition to subscriptions, we offer credit packages for pay-per-use:

Mini Package: 100 credits for $9 (approximately 33 images or 2 videos)
Basic Package: 300 credits for $19 (approximately 100 images or 7 videos)
Premium Package: 1000 credits for $49 (approximately 333 images or 25 videos)

All credit packages:

Expire 30 days after purchase
Can be used for any generation type
Are not refundable once purchased
Can be purchased by Free plan users

4.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

4.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Subscription Refunds

Important: We do not offer free trial periods. All subscriptions are charged immediately upon purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions:

Full refund available within 7 days of first purchase if fewer than 50 credits have been used
No refunds for subsequent billing cycles
You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges

Annual Subscriptions:

Full refund available within 14 days of first purchase if fewer than 100 credits have been used
Pro-rated refunds may be available for the unused portion at our discretion
No refunds after 30 days from purchase date

5.2 Credit Package Refunds

Credit packages are non-refundable once purchased
Exception: Technical issues preventing credit usage may qualify for refunds at our discretion

5.3 Refund Process

To request a refund:

Create thumbnails and previews for your content management

Website design, layout, and interface
Software, code, and algorithms

Documentation and user guides

6.4 AI Training and Data Usage

Important: We do NOT use your uploaded images or generated content to train AI models. Your data is used solely for:

Providing the Service to you

Our AI providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for training purposes.

By using our AI-powered generation features, you acknowledge and agree that your content must comply with the acceptable use policies of our AI service providers, including but not limited to:

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable AI provider policies. We act as an intermediary and are not liable for policy violations, but we cooperate with enforcement efforts.

6.6 Copyright and Third-Party Content

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to use any images you upload
Your uploads do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
You will not upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Illegal Activities:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction

Harmful Content:

Create deepfakes or misleading content of real individuals without consent
Generate content depicting child exploitation or abuse (CSAM)
Create content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech
Generate sexually explicit or pornographic content
Create content that promotes self-harm or suicide
Generate harassing, threatening, or bullying content
Create deceptive or misleading content for fraud

Prohibited by AI Providers:

Content that violates OpenAI, Google, Replicate, or GRSAI usage policies
Content that infringes intellectual property rights or privacy
Content used for political campaigning or lobbying without disclosure
Content for automated decision-making affecting legal/material rights
High-risk government decision-making (law enforcement, migration, asylum)

System Abuse:

Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
Use automated tools or bots to access the Service excessively
Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
Overload or disrupt Service infrastructure

Spam and Fraud:

Create fake or misleading content for fraudulent purposes
Use the Service for phishing or scam activities
Generate spam or unsolicited promotional content

7.1 Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

Immediate content removal
Account suspension or termination
No refund of paid fees
Legal action if applicable

8. Service Availability and Limitations

To ensure fair access for all users, we implement usage quotas as specified in your plan. These quotas reset daily at 00:00 UTC+8.
