✨ Why We Built This

Honestly? We just miss the era when you had to wait for photos to develop. Digital photos are too "perfect" - they lack soul. The imperfection of Polaroids is their magic.

So we:

• Studied the chemical properties of real Polaroid film
• Analyzed grain distribution under different lighting
• Simulated subtle border imperfections (perfect borders look fake)
• Recreated that warm, soft, slightly flawed aesthetic

🎨 Attention to Detail

Little touches we snuck in during development:

• Wooden Desk Background: The whole interface feels like working on an old photo desk - maximum atmosphere
• Authentic Frame Details: Each film type has different border thickness and yellowing (spent ages on these details)
• Development Animation: Generation shows a "developing" effect, just like waiting for a real Polaroid to appear
• Dark Theme: Overall vintage dark tone protects your eyes and creates that darkroom vibe

💳 Pricing (Straightforward)

Keeping it simple:

• Free: 5 photo credits upon signup - enough to see if it's worth your time
• Pro: $19.9/month, 200 photos or 15 videos (plenty for regular use)
• Ultra: $39.9/month, 500 photos or 37 videos (for power users)

Credit packs available too if you prefer pay-as-you-go over subscriptions.

🐛 Known Issues (Being Honest)

Tested extensively, but still some quirks:

• Video generation sometimes takes 1-2 minutes (AI model limitation, we're frustrated too)

If you hit issues, email us directly (support@snaploid.com) - real humans respond, not bots.
